I received the item, but I want to return it and get a refund

You have the right to return an item and receive a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The returned item must be unused and in its original, undamaged condition.
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days from the date the goods are received. You can do this by Contacting Us.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If these conditions are met, KPerformance.eu will issue a refund within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received.

I received the wrong or defective item

If you received a defective or incorrect item (i.e., not the one you ordered), please Contact Us, and we will offer to replace the item with the correct one at no cost, or a full refund. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the returned items.
