I received the item, but I want to return it and get a refund

You have the right to return the item and receive a full refund. Here are the conditions for returning goods:

  • The returned item must be unused, and its appearance must be undamaged.
  • The request to return the items must be made no later than 30 days from the date of receiving the goods. You can do this by Contacting Us.
  • The buyer covers the shipping costs for returning the goods.


I received the wrong or defective item

If you received a defective or incorrect item (i.e., not the one you ordered), please Contact Us, and we will offer to replace the item with the correct one at no cost or a full refund. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for the returned items.
